Tunku Danny Nasaifuddin Mudzaffar Founder & CEO
Tunku Danny is an ex-banker having held senior positions at 2 international banks in Kuala Lumpur and London. He has 15 years of financial services experience and brought all the knowledge and skills he learnt from lending into his P2P microfinancing start-up, microLEAP. Tunku Danny holds an MBA from the Nottingham University Business School.
Norsharizal Mashahrin
Norsharizal Mashahrin Co-founder & Partner
Norsharizal is the ex-CEO of the largest Microfinance Institution in Malaysia which currently has outstanding microloans of more than RM2.6bio. Norsharizal brings a wealth of experience from the microfinance field and he is an important source of knowledge on the key requirements for microLEAP. Norsharizal has 15 years of work experience and has previously worked for several important Corporates and Government-Linked Investment Companies. Norsharizal holds an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School.
Matthew Fernandez
Matthew Fernandez Partner & COO
Matthew is the Chief Operating Officer of microLEAP and he handles all aspects of our day to day operations to ensure the smooth running of the platform. Matthew has been working in the financial services industry for just over 10 years, specifically in financial planning and wealth management. His solid background in operational procedures as well as successful client-facing roles puts him in good stead to run the operations of our start-up.
Marzuki Musa
Marzuki Musa Partner & CMO
Marzuki is the Chief Marketing Officer of microLEAP and oversees the planning, development and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives, while seeking new ways to distribute our message across digital and traditional platforms. Marzuki comes from a media and events background and with it, an extensive experience in advertising, event management, media relations, and corporate communications.
Amir Azril
Amir Azril Chief Technology Officer
Amir is the tech developer of the microLEAP platform and together with the team has designed and built microLEAP to what it is today. Amir has over 10 years of tech experience, specifically in banking and supply chain management for several international companies. He is also CEO of his own software company, that builds websites and apps which he founded 9 years ago.
Zackrey Omar
Zackrey Omar Head of Strategy
Zackrey Omar is the Head of Strategy at microLEAP, where he oversees all company departments and provides strategic direction. He is was also part of the co-founding team of two other P2P financing platforms in Malaysia. With 11 years of senior management experience in marketing, business development, and sales (B2B & B2C) across domestic and international markets, including 6 years in the Fintech banking sector, Zackrey brings a wealth of expertise to his ro
